'tis our Anniversary! and new year's eve

In Commemoration to our Guild's foundation there will be a small meeting in our house, a few words will be spoken, a toast and stuff. which will be on Wednesday 30th at 3 p.m (PST).

New year's eve is approaching as well, and we were thinking ''why not start new year's eve with the good vibes and some friends?'' so we'd like to feature a party having new year main theme which could take place on Thursday 31th at 9 p.m (PST)

In order to do this we'd appreciate to hear your ideas on what we could do to make it appealing for us and everyone else.
